We help SMEs, corporates and public sector organisations rebuild procurement functions, control supplier risk, and deliver measurable savings. We work as embedded practitioners, not report-writing consultants.

Led by Tom Evans, Founder and Managing Director
Tom has more than 25 years in procurement leadership across utilities, public sector and regulated industries. He works directly with boards and executive teams on procurement governance, transformation, supplier risk and Procurement Act compliance. Clients use him as a fractional Chief Procurement Officer, an interim leader, or a trusted advisor on complex programmes.
