Pro Outsourcing have worked within the electrical industry for many years at organisations like Prysmian cables and Draka cables. We reviewed all aspects of the project to create a strategic plan on the current and future product ranges to compliment the business offering and assist growth. This meant reviewing the current supplier base, consolidation, sourcing additional items and auditing new manufacturers to provide the best value solution.

The Lobster Pot operates in an industry that must comply with strict traceability and reporting legislation. Pro Outsourcing created a strategic plan that focused on; Purchasing, goods receipt, labelling, stock visibility, BOM structures, Business software functionality, ICT Hardware and a full suite of monthly reports. This considerably reduced manual processes and improved the functionality of managing data throughout the business, and resulted in increased labour productivity, stress free traceability, real-time stock status and management reports based on actual business results.
